Your safety (and ours) is a top priority right now. The studio has been completely empty for 3 months and has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

Covid-19 Guidelines for Health & Safety


  • All visitors to GD PonderRosa shall adhere to all State of NJ guidelines established by Gov. Murphy’s Exec. Order No. 103 (March 9, 2020) 52 N.J.R. and all subsequent extensions of that EO.

  • That all associates and visitors of GDP Studios review and conduct CDC Guidelines for Daily Health Checks, copies available at or from GDP Studios.

  • That all associates and visitors of the GDP Studios shall practice Social Distancing as defined herein and refrain from gathering as defined herein.

  • "Gathering" shall mean more than two or more persons physically present at a Single Location if, to be present, persons are required to stand or be seated within six (6) feet of any other person. Therefore, groups of more than two (2) people are permitted if their grouping is transitory or incidental, or if their grouping is the result of being spread across more than one Single Location.

  • That all associates and visitors of the GDP Studios are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings as practicable while outside their recording space or the live room, except when eating, drinking, or smoking outdoors. In addition, when handling and assembling studio equipment it is recommended that you wear surgical gloves and that they be properly disposed of after their use.

  • That all associates and visitors of GDP Studios shall practice sanitation in accordance with the guidelines published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Copies available in the studio.

  • That all associates and visitors of the GDP Studios are strongly urged to “Practice Good Hygiene:

  • Wash your hands, especially after touching any frequently used item or surface.

  • Avoid touching your face.

  • Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or inside of your elbow.

  • Disinfect frequently used items and surfaces as much as possible.

  • GDP Studios will remain vacant for 48 hours following any recording session, podcast, or video shoot.

  • GDP associates are encouraged to perform as much audio engineering as possible, off-site so as to maximize the availability of studio and recording time for the artist.


  • Only 1 client per day! 

  • Studio will be completely disinfected after every client

  • All microphones will be thoroughly disinfected

  • Only musicians during a recording session (sorry no entourages right now)

  • Masks will be worn when gathering in common areas.

  • Limited access to control room - If you are listening to playback, there is a designated sitting area behind the tape, giving the engineer plenty of space. This is important for everyone's safety. Please respect your engineer's guidance on what works. We have set up a lounge for playback in the Live Room for those that want to keep distance.

  • Everyone will practice safe social distancing
